SuperClubs WebLink Registration Agreement

Please Read These Terms Carefully Before Accepting This Agreement.

Dear Travel Partner:
Thank you for your agency's interest in the SuperAgency WebLink Program.  This program offers you a co-branded version of the entire SuperClubs website exclusively for your agency. All of SuperClubs’ contact information will be replaced with your agency’s contact information.  Once approved we will supply your agency with a unique link to place on your agency’s website.  This link will allow your customers to book SuperClubs vacations online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via your agency’s website.  Your agency earns full commission on all bookings made via this process.

Requirements to participate in the WebLink Program:

1.        AGENCY WEBSITE

Your agency must have and operate your own website.  This website must be functional at the time of your application.  Your agency must have an employee or a contracted service employee who has access to your website’s code in order to place the link that SuperClubs will provide you on your website.  SuperClubs cannot complete this step for your agency.  If your agency does not have a website your WebLink application cannot be approved.

2.        SUPERCLUBS REGISTRATION

Your agency must be registered with SuperClubs.  If you’ve booked directly through SuperClubs in the past your agency is probably registered with us.  If you haven’t registered with SuperClubs, please do so first.  You can verify your agency’s registration at http://www.superclubs.com/Travel_Agents2/index.asp.  Enter your IATA/CLIA/ARC number into the Agency ID field.  It will confirm if your agency is registered with us or not.  If you’re not registered with us please follow the steps below.  Please note that your WebLink application will not be approved until your agency has successfully registered with SuperClubs.

To register your agency with SuperClubs please (1) fax a copy of your agency’s IATAN/CLIA/ARC certificate (or similar certification) along with (2) a copy of your agency’s current letterhead via fax to 954-925-0334.  ATTN: Agency Registration.

Since some of the information accessible through SuperClubs and its associated applications is sensitive and confidential to your agency, you must designate a person to serve as the administrator for your agency’s WebLink.  The administrator should be someone with working knowledge of the internet and be of managerial authority or higher that is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the agency's internal policies relating to the use of the SuperClubs website as well as all of its associated applications. In addition, the administrator shall be responsible for the maintenance and security control for all other users at your agency, how they may do so, as well as the administration of the user password.

Your acceptance of this agreement indicates an acceptance of the terms and conditions for SuperClubs and the other tools and applications now or hereafter available on this Web site (as they may be amended from time to time by SuperClubs or International Lifestyles). You hereby agree that the use of all SuperClubs online tools and applications is to be limited solely to your agency's employees or agents. A violation of this agreement may result in a revocation of your agency's privileges to use any of these tools. Also, note that SuperClubs and International Lifestyles are not responsible for the verification of your designated administrator's identity.

SuperClubs and International Lifestyles reserve the right to contact your agency to verify the proper authority of the designated administrator or the person executing this agreement and may require further documentation of authority before access to the site is granted.
